1978 Islander Sloop

San Pedro, United States

"Into The Mystic" is a well cared for example of this 70s classic. Her owners have enjoyed and loved her for eleven years but it's now time to pass the baton as they move out of state. She's neat and clean, with a beautiful teak interior, sleeps five, has a full galley and a reliable Perkins 4-108 diesel, and is ready for her next adventure.

The v-berth forward is large with shelving around and a hanging locker. Adjacent to port is the enclosed head compartment, comprising a manual head, shower with wand, vanity with washbasin, teak cabinets faced with rattan and a teak grate.

Across from the head is a hanging locker  Moving aft, the portside settee doubles as a fold out berth and abuts the nav station. The dinette table neatly slots/folds into the bulkhead when not in use. Aft of the chart table/nav station there is a long quarter berth.

To starboard, a long straight settee leads to the galley, with DC refrigeration, 3-burner CNG stove with oven and microwave.

Lots of nicely kept teak cabinetry faced with rattan and a teak sole.
