1979 Islander Bahama 30

Designed by Robert Finch, the Islander Bahama 30 is a very attractive cruiser with the performance capabilities of a club racer. Designed and built with a masthead sloop rig and fin keel with spade rudder, she proves herself to be a quick boat that's also fun to sail. Enjoy day sailing, club racing or coastal cruising.

"Island Hopper" has been lovingly maintained by her current owners for 20 years!! She was repowered approximately 14 years ago with a Universal Diesel which has only 400 hours. She just got new batteries and topside paint and is ready for fun!!

Not shown in photos is her cockpit table and cockpit enclosure which go with the boat as well as a dinghy with 4hp outboard. (dinghy was only used twice)

Layout

Forward is a vee-berth stateroom followed by port and starboard hanging lockers and a port side head with a vanity and sink across to starboard. Next aft into the main salon is a port side straight settee with a fold-out dinette table and straight settee across to starboard. Aft to port is a U-shaped galley. Aft to starboard is a generous quarterberth.
