Sonic is a fantastic example of the Robert Perry designed Islander Freeport 36. She was solidly built for capability and comfort making her a perfect liveaboard or cruising vessel.

Her current owners bought her in 2019 and immediately set about making improvements. In fact, I would be hard pressed to find a system onboard that they haven’t touched. Check out the list for further details.

Sonic has the coveted “Plan B” layout where the head is located in the V with a queen pullman berth aft to port with tons of storage opposite on starboard. Continuing aft you enter the salon which has an L-shaped settee with convertible table to port and a convertible settee (to double berth) to starboard. Further aft you find the salon to port and nav station to starboard. You enter the large walk around cockpit through the centerline companionway.

Some of her more unique features include: refrigerator access from both cockpit and galley, pullman berth with privacy shutters, abundant storage space and a walkthrough transom when the swim steps are deployed.

Sellers bought their forever boat so this one needs to go!
