1985 Passport 40

San Pedro, United States

Designing and building offshore sailing boats since 1979, Passport Yachts has gained a reputation as being one of the finest and most sought after yachts in the world.

The Passport 40 yachts were built by master craftsmen to the detailed specifications of legendary yacht designer Robert Perry. It is reportedly one of his favorite designs. You will delight in their performance in any sea condition, and revel in the comfort found throughout. From the exceptional furniture quality woodwork to the reliable and well engineered systems capable of handling any ocean voyage, the Passport 40 is in a class all its own.

Today there are hundreds of Passports cruising all over the world. With the perfect blend of modern innovation and traditional features, these yachts have the benefit of having, and consistently maintaining, the highest residual value of any medium sized yacht in the industry,

Passport owners are safe with the knowledge that, historically, their investment has often actually increased in value as the years go by, a very rare and unique situation in the world of sailing.

The Passport 40, Linda Rae, is an experienced cruiser whose experienced owners have sailed her along the coast of California and Mexico over the past decade. This performance, blue water boat has the sought after V-berth version which allows for a full sized head and separate shower that is usable in almost any sea conditions.  Her many upgrades and amenities include a 2017 Beta diesel, 2020 new bottom paint, water maker, radar, GPS, SSB and so much more!

If your looking to cruise the world, or spend time in Catalina or Mexican waters, don't miss taking a look at this fine and capable sailing yacht.
